Setup: 
The WEDNESDAY ( Nov 25th) before the event between the hours of 10AM- 7PM. There will be NO access to the facility Thursday, Nov 26th.  More details will be found on our Facebook Vendor Page. An email will be sent to all vendors who have paid.

Code of Conduct
- Vendors must maintain professional and respectable behavior at all times. The promoter has final authority in determining what constitutes inappropriate behavior.
 
Event Participation
- Vendors are required to remain present for the entire duration of the event
- No dollies or moving equipment may be brought in until after designated event hours
- Vendors must maintain clean and organized booth spaces, including appropriate table coverings (such as floor-length tablecloths)
 
Marketing Responsibilities
- All vendors are expected to promote the event on their social media platforms
 
Space Maintenance
- Vendors are responsible for completely cleaning their assigned space, including removal of any tape or markers used
- Spaces must be left in the same condition as they were found
 
Liability
Briar Patch Marketplace, the city, and all districts are not responsible for any:
- Theft or loss of merchandise
- Damage to vendor property
- Personal injury during the event
 
Failure to comply with these terms may affect future participation opportunities.
